Gujarat High Court has published recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Junior Clerks in the subordinate courts of the state Gujarat.

Total No. of Posts: 2012* [ General 1102, Scheduled Caste (S.C.) 88, Scheduled Tribe (S.T.) 343, Socially & Economically Backward Class (SEBC) 380, Physically Disabled Persons (PH) (Differently Abled Persons) 99* ]

Educational Qualification Required:

1) SSC (10th standard) passed or equivalent qualification from recognized government approved examination.

2) Typing Speed in English 30 w.p.m. and Gujarati typing with 25 w.p.m. speed or passed equivalent key depression speed typing certificate of passing GCC examination.

3) Basic knowledge of Computer applications/operations as per the Government of Gujarat requirements.

Age Limits & Age Relaxations:

Age limits as on 31/03/2014 (last date of application) 18-25 years for Assistant Junior Clerks (5 years age relaxation of only SC/ST/SEBC/PH candidates who have Non-creamy layer certificates).

Pay Scale/Salary Details:

Rs. 5,200-20,200 (with Rs. 1,900 grad pay) as per government rules.
