Application are invited for the Posts of Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant Engineer in Bharat Oman Refineries Limited (BORL).
Post Name : Manager
Qualifications : BE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University.
Experience :
10 to 14 years’ experience in operating units in Oil Refining / Fertilizer / petrochemical Industry with 3-4 years’ experience in independently guiding the process team in running & monitoring different process plants. Hands-on experience in DCS operations is a must.
Post Name : Assistant Manager
Qualifications Required :
BE in Environment or Chemical Engineering from a reputed University.B. E. / B. Tech. in Fire or Chemical Engineering from a reputed University and Diploma in Industrial Safety from Recognized Institute.
Experience :
2 to 5 years’ experience in environment section of refinery, petrochemical or a large scale process plant. Candidate should be conversant with latest Acts and Rules on Environment & Pollution Control and have hands-on experience in environment monitoring work, preparation of compliance reports, record keeping of environment data and conducting awareness campaigns.
Post Name : Assistant Vice President / Manager (Secretarial)
Qualifications : ICSI (Company Secretary).
Experience:
18 years’ experience for Asst. Vice President and 10 to 14 years’ experience for Manager required. Should have experience in dealing with company matters, conversant with Company Law, registration of companies, corporate governance, SEBI procedures and dealing with shareholder matters, etc.
The role would involve secretarial and legal matters of the company, investor relations, dealing with external agencies such as Registrar of companies, Company Law Board and other regulatory bodies, compliance with corporate laws, SEBI guidelines and Stock exchange listing agreements, conducting Board / Shareholders Meeting, drafting of minutes and other reports.
